The Boho Souq will happily accommodate the following return options within 15 days of order placement, for items that are unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags still attached and in the original packaging. Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges at this time. 

Please read carefully before placing your order to avoid disappointment as by shopping with us, you are agreeing to the following policy.

Return Of Full Priced Non Pre-order Items

đŸŒ» If you change your mind on any full price item/s that were not originally purchased on Pre-order, you can return it to The Boho Souq for a refund within 15 days of receipt.

đŸŒ» Your refund will be processed via your original payment method within 5 business days 

đŸŒ» Please note if your order included Free Shipping, the original shipping cost to send you will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Return Of Discounted Non Pre-order Items

đŸŒ» Discounted items refers to any Flash Sales/Offers, Sales and Discount Codes.

đŸŒ» If you change your mind on any discounted item/s that were not originally purchased on Pre-order, you can return it to The Boho Souq for a refund.

đŸŒ» Your refund will be issued in the form of a Gift Card, which will be valid for 12 months.  

đŸŒ» Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt.

đŸŒ» You will receive an email once your return has been processed, together with your Gift Card.

đŸŒ» Please note if your order included Free Shipping, the original shipping cost to send you will be deducted from your refund amount. 

Return Of Pre-order Items

đŸŒ» Please remember that Pre-order items are not currently in stock.  As they may be cut to order especially for you, sales are final.

đŸŒ» If you Pre-order an item via The Boho Souq website, you will be required to pay the full amount in advance plus shipping.

đŸŒ» Your item will be shipped out to you immediately on it's arrival and you will be sent a shipping notification with tracking details.

đŸŒ» Please keep in mind that The Boho Souq cannot guarantee your pre-order  will arrive on time, as there are often delays from the supplier which are out of our control.

Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please email us at thebohosouq@gmail.com with photos, your order number and details of the fault and we will endeavour to arrange a replacement or a refund for you as quickly as possible, based on an assessment from the manufacturer.

If the manufacturer deems your item faulty, then your refund will be processed (please allow 1 week processing time). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
